In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, jilix2 will attempt to reconstruct the affected round from server logs. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Platform content for commercial or public purposes without the express prior written consent of jilix2.
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jilix2 shall not be liable for:
Where liability cannot be fully excluded under Philippine law, jilix2's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jilix2's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.
jilix2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon lawful account termination, any wallet balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus balances and any amounts subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to the player's verified payment method within thirty (30) business days, subject to completed KYC and withdrawal compliance checks.
You may close your jilix2 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to closure.

These Terms and all matters arising from your use of the jilix2 Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute between you and jilix2 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation. You may raise a formal complaint by contacting jilix2 support at [email protected]. jilix2 targets an initial response to formal complaints within forty-eight (48) hours.
If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days of the formal complaint being submitted, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Dispute Resolution process or to the appropriate Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
